The first thing you'll need is songs uploaded to your "My Songs" page at https://www.broadjam.com/artists/songs.php. Once your songs are activated you may proceed with your submissions.
1. Navigate to https://www.broadjam.com/delivery to view the list of current Music Licensing Opportunities.
2. Click the "Submit" button on an Opportunity you wish to submit songs to.
3. Read the Opportunity description, as well as terms and details to see if this Opportunity is a good fit for your song(s). Select songs using the checkboxes provided, and if you have submission credits in your account that you wish to redeem, please make sure the "Use my credits for this submission" checkbox is checked. Click the "Add To Cart" button.
4. A box will pop up alerting you to other Opportunities that your songs may be a good fit for. Click on any to repeat this process, or if ready to check out, click "Go To Checkout".
5. Upon checking out, you will have the opportunity to add a personal note to each song submission you are making, as well as the option to start each song at a certain time for when the Music Licensing Opportunity Provider listens. Enter these (not required), and click "Submit".
Your submission is now complete! So what now?
The provider(s) of the Opportunities you have submitted to will listen to your songs, as well as all others submitted. All songs submitted to Broadjam Music Licensing Opportunities are listened to by the opportunity provider; we guarantee this or your account will be credited.
If your song is selected for an Opportunity, we will send you a notification email letting you know, and the provider will contact you directly. Either way, once the provider has completed their consideration process, all submitters will receive a notification email containing the link to the selected/considered songs (if any), as well as a full timeline for the Opportunity (when your songs were listened to, what the outcome was, provider feedback/notes, and more).
To check the status of all of your submissions at any time, go to the My Licensing Submissions page.
